Fix System-Wide Bugs (Web + Mobile + AI Automation + Crypto Transaction Engine)

I have a live, cross-platform stack that stitches together a React web app, a Flutter mobile app, Python-based AI automations, and a Solidity/Web3 crypto transaction engine. A handful of bugs have crept in across every layer and I need them squashed quickly so the entire system runs smoothly again.
The current pain points are clear:
• Web App – form submissions are silently failing and API responses sometimes return mismatched data.
• Mobile App – the GPS tracker drifts or stalls, and on some devices the splash screen never exits its loop.
• AI Automation – scheduled Python jobs (cron-triggered) are no longer firing reliably, and the data-scraping logic is returning partial, inaccurate records.

3. All cron jobs execute on schedule for a full 48-hour test window, and extracted data shows >99% field accuracy.
4. Crypto transfers reach “confirmed” within normal network times, and their events propagate back to the app layer without manual refreshes.
