Fix Flutter Crash & Firebase Setup + one signal ( Urgent Work needs to be in a 2 hours )

Job ID: 39893360

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The current Flutter build crashes the moment it opens, so the first priority is to trace the root cause and deliver a stable, boot-safe release for both Android and iOS. Once the crash is resolved I want to refresh the app’s look in the stores with a new icon that clearly carries our brand identity—feel free to play with colour and form, but it must stand out at every required resolution.

After those two items are in place, I also need Firebase and OneSignal fully integrated so that push notifications reach users reliably in production. The project already contains the basic Flutter/Dart codebase; what it lacks is a clean configuration of Firebase (analytics, crashlytics, FCM) and a working OneSignal setup, including the necessary service keys and test messages.

Deliverables
• Stable build that no longer crashes on startup
• Multi-resolution app icon (Android/iOS, Play Console & App Store sizes) reflecting brand identity
• Firebase configured and verified (analytics + crashlytics + FCM)
• OneSignal linked, sample notification sent and received on a physical device
• Brief change log or README so I can reproduce the setup locally

I will provide the existing repository and store credentials as soon as we start. Let me know if anything in the stack—Flutter, Dart, Android Studio, Xcode, Firebase Console, OneSignal Dashboard—needs clarifying, but otherwise feel free to dive in and get us live again.
