I have used Base44 to create something that I am happy with visually - but need an experienced developer to help me get the functionality and user-pathways flawless. I am ready to turn this app—one that falls outside the usual e-commerce, social-networking, or education buckets—into polished, production-ready experiences on both iOS and Android. Clean architecture, rock-solid code, and an intuitive UI are priorities; whether you choose Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, or two native codebases, the end result should feel fully native on each platform.
Core functionality must ship complete and fully tested:
• Secure user authentication
• Editable user profiles/accounts
• Property-style listings that users can create, browse, and save
• Robust in-app search and filter across those listings
• Interactive map integration to visualise nearby results
• Real-time user-to-user messaging
• Push notifications for messages and system alerts
• In-app purchases to unlock premium options or subscriptions
Hand-off will include the complete source code, build instructions, and compiled binaries ready for TestFlight and Google Play internal testing. If a lightweight admin or back-office panel is required to manage listings and purchases, please outline your preferred stack in your proposal.
Target market will be Europe - so familiarity with GDPR and EU guidelines/requirements for web/app products is desirable.
Quality, maintainability, and clear communication throughout the build are essential.
