Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to complete the final stages of an innovative online marketplace project. The project encompasses the development of a web platform and mobile applications for iOS and Android. The project is approximately 70% complete, and we need someone who can correct existing errors and complete pending details to make it fully operational before launch.
Start Date: August 1, 2024
Delivery Date: August 31, 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize the development of a web application and corresponding iOS and Android apps using technologies such as Flutter.
- Correct existing errors and ensure the development of the remaining part so that the system is fully functional and user-friendly, from user registration to the final process of buyer-seller rating.
- Implement, optimize, and correct all functionalities described in the project, including ad systems, internal wallet, Stripe payment integration, implementation of live video system with WebRTC, among others.
- Continue the development of the multilingual system that supports the three official languages of Switzerland in which the web and both apps currently function.
- Conduct continuous quality assurance (QA) testing during development to ensure complete end-to-end functionality of the system by the delivery date.
- Develop necessary APIs and make architectural changes to optimize performance.
- Provide detailed technical documentation of the entire system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-stack web and mobile app development.
- Proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
- Competence in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or similar).
- Competence in backend technologies (Laravel, PHP, SQL, Node.js).
- Experience with video integration and real-time streaming platforms.
- Knowledge of WebRTC and its limitations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English or one of the official languages of Switzerland.
Deliverables:
- Fully documented source code.
- Detailed technical documentation of the system.
- Complete transfer of code ownership to the contractor.
Post-Project Guarantee:
One month of post-project guarantee is required for error correction and maintenance after final delivery.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be made upon project completion, provided that on the delivery date it is error-free and both the website and apps are fully functional.
Ownership of Work:
The contractor will own the development from the first to the last day (of all work done).
Communication:
Progress and potential issues will be reported daily.
