Experienced Flutter Live Streaming Developer Needed for Dating App

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer who has successfully built and optimized multiple live streaming apps.

Our app is a dating and live streaming platform, and we need a developer who can improve performance, optimize the live streaming experience, and implement new live-stream features.
Requirements:
* Strong Flutter experience
* Experience with live streaming apps
* Experience with ZEGOCloud, Agora, or similar live streaming SDKs
* Experience with Firebase
* Experience optimizing app performance and reducing crashes
* Experience with real-time features and large-scale user apps
Tasks:
* Optimize live stream performance and stability
* Improve live stream UI/UX
* Add more virtual gifts and animations
* Implement multi-guest live streams (bring viewers up on stage)
* Improve live discovery and feed experience
* Optimize Android performance and reduce crashes
* Review and improve backend/live stream architecture
* Recommend additional features used by top live streaming apps
