Enhancements to Detailing App in FlutterFlow

Loyalty Program, Virtual Garage & Automated Push Notifications to Existing FlutterFlow App
Project Overview:
I need three new customer-focused features added to my existing Porter’s Detailing mobile app (built in FlutterFlow). These features will strengthen customer retention and create a smoother long-term experience inside the app.
1. Loyalty Program:
Build a points-based system where customers earn points for services completed (detailing, tinting, ceramic coatings, etc.) and redeem them for rewards. I need an admin panel or backend where I can set point values, adjust rewards, and update offers. The UI should feel clean, simple, and easy for customers to understand.
2. Virtual Garage:
Each customer should have a profile tied to their vehicle(s). Inside the Virtual Garage, customers should be able to see:
– Their vehicle details
– Full service history (dates, services, notes)
– Upcoming recommendations or reminders
This should auto-populate based on what I mark completed on my end.
3. Automated Push Notifications:
Once a customer profile and service history exist, the app should automatically send notifications such as:
– Maintenance wash reminders
– Ceramic coating check-up reminders
– “How’s your vehicle looking?” style check-ins
– Loyalty-point milestone notifications
These should run automatically based on time intervals or service types I tag.
Requirements:
– Fully integrate these features into my existing iOS/Android FlutterFlow build
– Clean UI matching the current app style
– Smooth performance with optimized backend logic
– Basic documentation so I can manage points, service logs, and notifications myself
