Emotional Intelligence Mobile App Development

looking for a mobile app developer to build a subscription-based emotional intelligence mobile app called Emova. Full design spec, supabase schema, color system, API integrations, and screen-by-screen wireframes already completed. The programs used to create this blueprint is Flutterlflow, Supabase, RevenaueCat and Anthropic Claude API integration. This is well defined project - not a discovery engagement. Looking for clean execution of a finished spec. IOS and Android. Estimated 10-12 screens. I can provide more details later.
