Duolingo-Style Mobile Language App
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want to launch a lightweight, Duolingo-inspired language-learning app that focuses on just four to five target languages. The build needs to ship simultaneously on iOS and Android, so please choose a cross-platform stack you are comfortable maintaining (Flutter, React Native, or similar).
Core learning material will be short text prompts, illustrative images, and concise audio clips for pronunciation. Around that content, I need two activity types: classic quizzes and fun, tappable mini-games that keep users coming back. Think of the same bite-sized lesson flow Duolingo uses—lesson → quick quiz → streak reward—but scaled to our limited language set.
Key deliverables
• Universal iOS & Android app bundle ready for App Store and Play Store submission
• Admin-friendly way to upload text, images, and audio for each lesson
• Quiz engine with instant feedback and score tracking
• At least one interactive game mechanic per lesson unit (e.g., drag-and-drop word ordering, timed matching)
• User profile with progress tracking, streaks, and simple XP or badge system
• Clean, modular codebase plus build/run instructions
I’ll provide the lesson content; you provide design, development, basic QA, and deployment support through store approval. If you’ve shipped a language or e-learning app before, let me see it—those examples will weigh heavily in the decision.
