Driver Daily Vehicle Check App

I need a clean, cross-platform mobile application that lets our drivers complete and submit their mandatory vehicle checks from their phones. The same codebase must compile for both iOS and Android, so a framework such as Flutter or React Native is perfectly acceptable.

Core workflow
Drivers open the app, pick or enter their vehicle, and work through a predefined daily checklist. For any item that fails inspection they should be able to take one or more photos on the spot and attach them to the report before submitting. No external system integration is required at this stage; storing the data locally and in an in-app database (SQLite, Realm, or similar) is enough as long as reports can later be exported as CSV or PDF.

Deliverables
• Production-ready iOS & Android builds
• Full source code and build instructions
• An editable checklist stored in code or a simple JSON file
• Photo capture tied to defect items, saved with time, date and vehicle ID
• Basic history screen so drivers (and supervisors) can review past reports

Acceptance criteria
1. App installs and runs on current iOS and Android versions without crashes.
2. A complete checklist can be filled out, photos attached, and the report saved locally.
3. Previous reports are viewable in-app and exportable.

Keep the interface simple—large buttons, clear green/red status indicators—so drivers can finish the process in under two minutes.

We need to be able to choose if it's Lorry or bus checks as there will be different options, we would like the full daily check to be sent to us once the driver submits it
