Digital Teaching App with Flutter

I am looking to develop a digital teaching app using Flutter. The key functionalities that I want it to have are Student-Teacher Interaction, Content Library and Assessment & Grading. I have the LMS engine and my developers able to put the content library, assessment and grading into the app, I just want to add video streaming capability into the app. I don't have a specific design or layout for the app, but I have a rough idea of how the app should look and function. My goal is to create a user-friendly, modern and efficient app that can be used by both students and teachers alike for teaching and learning. The app should also facilitate communication between the two parties.
