Digital Planner App Development
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I already have a 900-page digital planner laid out, with every internal link mapped as working hyperlinks. Now I need that finished design converted into a fully-functioning mobile app for both iOS and Android. The visual assets, page layouts and navigation logic are all ready to hand over; the job is to translate them into an app experience that feels fast, intuitive and stylus-friendly.
Core scope
• Replicate the existing page structure exactly, preserving all inter-page links so navigation inside the planner remains seamless.
• Build cross-platform from a single codebase (Flutter, React Native or similar) or two native projects—either path is fine so long as both stores launch smoothly.
• Integrate full stylus support that responds with the fluidity of popular note-taking apps.
Required user customisations
– Change themes (light / dark and additional colour palettes)
– Add custom pages that slot into any section
– Set reminders or notifications tied to planner dates
– Customise a timetable grid (drag-and-drop preferred)
Stylus toolset to include
– Writing & free-hand drawing
– Highlighting with colour selection
– Erasing (partial and whole-stroke)
– Cutting & pasting selections
– Drawing perfect shapes and straight lines with a quick gesture or long-press assist
Acceptance criteria
1. All 900 pages load and link correctly on both platforms.
2. Stylus interactions feel natural with negligible latency on recent iPad, Apple Pencil and major Android stylus devices (e.g., Samsung S Pen).
3. Theme, page-addition, reminder and timetable options save instantly and persist after app relaunch.
4. App passes App Store and Google Play review, ready for publication under my developer accounts.
Source code, build instructions and any design tokens created during development are part of the final hand-off.
