Development of a multifunctional radio application (iOS, Android, Android TV, Automotive Android Head Units)

Project Description:
I am looking for a developer to build a modern, stylish, and fully scalable radio application for the following platforms:

iOS (iPhone, iPad)

Android smartphones and tablets

Android TV / TV Boxes / Fire TV

Automotive Android Head Units (Chinese car multimedia systems)

The application will initially contain 2 radio streams, but it must be designed with support for adding many more streams in the future (dynamically via JSON or API, without updating the app).

Dynamic stream management via JSON file or API (add/remove streams without app update)

Caching and buffering for stable playback under weak internet conditions
