Develope Free Fire Tournament App

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a mobile app for scheduling and managing paid Free Fire tournaments. The app will have two main components: a user panel and an admin panel, both built using Flutter for the frontend and AWS for the backend.

Key Requirements for User Panel:
- User registration and login functionality
- Ability to join scheduled matches
- Chat feature to communicate with the admin
- Option to pay entry fees for matches
- Automatic detection of coin addition via UPI QR

Key Requirements for Admin Panel:
- Manage and schedule matches efficiently
- Monitor user activity to ensure fair play
- View and manage transaction history
- Oversee the staff panel integrated within the admin panel

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter for mobile app development
- Experience with AWS for backend services
- Strong understanding of payment integration, especially UPI QR systems
- Ability to implement chat functionalities
- Experience in developing apps for gaming tournaments or similar platforms
