Develop Community Engagement Platform

I aim to launch an online space where our members can easily meet, exchange ideas, and stay updated on events and resources. The ultimate measure of success is an active, self-sustaining community rather than simple page-views or sales conversions.

What I need
• Help choosing the most suitable medium—whether that ends up being a standalone website, a mobile app, an integrated forum, or a mix of these.
• End-to-end build: UX/UI, user accounts, discussion threads (or channels), notifications, moderation controls, and basic analytics so I can track growth and engagement.
• A clean, adaptable tech stack; feel free to recommend React, Flutter, WordPress with plugins, Node, or any combination that balances speed, security, and future scalability.
• Clear documentation so my small in-house team can add content and moderate without developer support.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working, deployable platform accessible on common browsers—and, if you choose a mobile path, published to TestFlight/Google Play internal testing.
2. Core community features functioning smoothly: signup/login, profile editing, posting, commenting, notifications, and admin moderation.
3. Load-tested for at least 1,000 concurrent users without timeouts.
4. Handover includes source code, database schema, and a short video walkthrough.
