Determine where high number of read, writes and request are coming from in my Firebase - Flutter App.

I have a dating match app with only about 1,500 users on ios and android. I have a very high amount of read/writes and requests and I need to determine where it's coming from.
I have recently implimented AppCheck and it's still happening. I need to pinpoint exactly where this is coming from. In the last 24 hours it says I have 2M reads and 22K writes.
This is an urgent task, and once the issue has been pinpointed I would need to know the solution.
