We are launching a complete on-demand laundry service and need a skilled developer or team to build production-ready mobile applications (iOS & Android) alongside a secure web-based admin panel.
The user flows and core business logic are already mapped out. We are looking for partners who can deliver scalable, well-architected software with maintainable, clean code.
Technical Stack Preferences
Mobile: Cross-platform development (Flutter or React Native preferred — please justify your choice).
Backend: Node.js/NestJS, Supabase, Firebase, or similar robust framework.
API: RESTful design with JWT/OAuth authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).
Database: Scalable relational design (PostgreSQL preferred).
Code Management: Git repository with clear commit history and feature branching.
Architecture: Clean separation of concerns (presentation / business logic / data layers).
Customer Mobile App (iOS + Android)
Core User Features:
Secure registration and login (email, social, phone).
Schedule pick-up and delivery windows.
Service selection with real-time price estimation.
Integrated payments via Stripe (PCI-compliant; architecture should allow future gateways).
Real-time order tracking with status updates.
Push notifications for order milestones.
Order history with digital receipts.
Quality Standards:
Performant, crash-free experience.
Fully compliant with App Store and Google Play guidelines.
Admin Web Dashboard (Desktop-First, Responsive)
Operational Features:
Secure RBAC login (Admin / Operator / Affiliate roles).
Real-time order management: view, filter, update status.
Manual overrides with full audit logging.
Financial reporting basics (revenue, refunds, payouts).
Analytics dashboard: orders/day, AOV, cancellation rate, growth trends.
CSV export for orders, users, and financial data.
Backend and Third-Party Integrations
Payments: Stripe integration at launch; modular design to add PayPal, bank transfer, etc. later.
Logistics: Integration with existing courier API (REST/JSON).
Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging or equivalent for push alerts.
Environments: Clear separation of Dev / Staging / Production with proper config management.
