On-Demand Home Services App Development

I’m building an end-to-end mobile app that lets users book trusted home-service professionals on demand. The core verticals are:

• Cleaning
• Plumbing
• Electrician

For the customer side I need smooth booking schedule selection, real-time tracking of the professional’s arrival and job progress, plus a persistent service history so users can quickly rebook or review past work.

I expect a modern, cross-platform codebase (Flutter or React Native are both fine), a simple admin console for provider onboarding and dispatch, and real-time data sync—Firebase or a comparable backend works. Clean UI design, secure payments, basic ratings/reviews and push notifications should round out the experience.

Deliverables:
1. iOS & Android apps (user + provider) packaged for store submission
2. Admin web panel with analytics, job management and payout controls
3. Complete source code, build instructions and API documentation
4. Short post-launch support window for hot-fixes
