Delivery App ERP Integration

I’m days away from launching my Instamart-style delivery app in India Locally to Andhra Pradesh built with Flutter (mobile) and PHP (backend). The core platform is ready; however, I now need a compact ERP layer added before we hit the stores. The original vendor’s quote for this last piece is excessive, so I’m looking for a seasoned developer who can step in, study the existing codebase, and finish the job and particularly around Andhra, Tamilnadu or Karnataka neighbourhood

Scope of the module
The ERP addition is focused on two areas only:
• Order tracking – real-time status updates from pick-up through delivery, visible to both users and our dispatch panel.
• Customer management – a lightweight CRM view to see purchase history, contact info, and basic analytics inside the admin dashboard.

There is no data migration involved; you’ll be working with fresh data generated after go-live.

Tech environment
Flutter (latest stable), PHP 8 backend with a RESTful API layer, MySQL, Firebase for push notifications, and Git for version control. Everything is already containerised for staging and production.

Deliverables
1. Fully integrated ERP sub-module covering the two features above, wired into existing UI/UX on mobile and web admin.
2. Clean, well-commented code committed to our private Git repo.
3. Post-integration test plan with passed results (unit + basic integration).
4. Quick hand-off notes so my in-house team can maintain the new layer.

Acceptance
I’ll review the feature flow on staging, run through the test plan, and sign off once no critical bugs remain.

Timeline is tight, but the scope is clear. If you’re fluent in Flutter and PHP and have put ERP or similar management layers on top of existing apps before, I’d love to hear how fast you can turn this around.
