Dating Match App (Flutter) iOS & Android

I would like to build a Flutter location based match app for Google Play & App Store like tinder based on the CodeCanyon.net "Luv Mode Android/iOS UI Kit".

*I need the option for users to sign in using using OTP via SMS or Email (I'm using Telesign for SMS service - Pending Account Verification)

*User fields will consist of Name, Bio, Years Celibate, Profile Image, User Images (Max 10), Age, Location, Location Preferences, Age Preferences.

*The amount of profiles users see daily should be set by admin. After users reach limit they need to see a countdown x amount of time - set by admin

The App needs to have only (1) premium tier with different pricing frequency (1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 months)

*Send unlimited likes
*Access All profiles, skip breaks

*Go back and see history (liked and disliked)
*See if chats are read

I need an admin panel to manage users (view messages, delete users, manage, subscriptions)

Every 10 profiles shown to users, I would like to display a Bible verse with progress bar that counts down to (x amount of seconds) (Bible verses will be managed in admin panel)

Note: If users don't have anyone near their location it should other profiles to show them from a futher distance.

*I want to use bunny.net for CDN and Storage and Firebase for database storage.

*I already have an active Play Console & Apple Developer Account.
