Customized Video Player in Flutter
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Need a custom flutter video player designed and developed using media_kit package

The video player should have request headers supported, video quality selection, video formats, skip video timers, next video button, etc. I also have some more functionality requirements and UI visual requirements.
Requirements:
- Support both online and local videos. Headers support.
- Input we can either give a list a mp4s with qualities or a m3u8 video and it should automatically get qualities
- Pip
- Subtitles
- Speed
- Common gestures that are inbuilts in media_kit
- Casting
- UI design as requirement
- Skip button video interval (example: skip openings from 0:10 to 0:20)
- Next video button (when 5 seconds left display next button)
- And other default features normal video player have
Most of the above features are readily built into the media_kit so need further implementation, more refinement and clear application is expected
Requirement is bit URGENT
The UI is a mix and just similar to youtube and another reference app that I got. Design preferences for the video player are already in mind, so attention to detail and ability to translate designs into a functional video player is important.
