Customise and Deploy Kiwanga Marketplace

We are Waga, a startup based in Luanda, Angola. We are building Kiwanga —
a trust-first, hyper-local classifieds marketplace for Luanda.
This is NOT a build-from-scratch project. We have purchased the eClassify
source code (Flutter + Laravel + Next.js) from CodeCanyon and need an
experienced developer to customise and deploy it as a production-ready
Android MVP.

BEFORE YOU APPLY — please review the eClassify codebase and include in
your proposal:
- Your honest assessment of the code quality
- Confirmation of which requirements you can deliver natively vs with
workarounds
- Any risks or concerns specific to the Angola/Luanda context

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
Set Portuguese (pt_AO) as default language, English as secondary toggle
Lock currency to Angolan Kwanza (AOA) only — format: 1.000.000,00 Kz
Seed Luanda-only location data (Municipality → Neighbourhood hierarchy)
Configure Google Sign-In + optional SMS OTP (Twilio, +244)
Enable guest browsing — login required only for posting, chat, saving
BI (Bilhete de Identidade) ID upload + admin approval workflow
Verified seller badge system
Rebrand to Kiwanga (package name: com.waga.kiwanga, Material 3 theming)
Image compression (max 1MB, WebP conversion)
Deliver production-ready .aab for Google Play

STANDBY (do NOT build or remove — leave inactive for Phase 2):
- Payment gateways, subscriptions, featured ads
- iOS build, other Angolan provinces, delivery/logistics

DELIVERABLES:
- Flutter Android .aab file
- Deployed Laravel backend (URL + admin access)
- Full source code pushed to our private GitHub
- Screen recording verifications of key flows
- 30-min admin handover session

TIMELINE: 1–2 months
BUDGET: Open — submit your honest fixed-price quote in USD after reviewing
the codebase. We evaluate on quality and fit, not lowest price.

We are also open to alternative approaches — if you believe a different
script or stack would serve this project better, pitch it.
