Custom Mobile App Development

I need a complete mobile application built from the ground up. At this stage I am still finalising the feature set, so I am looking for someone who can guide the process—from refining requirements and choosing the best tech stack, through to publishing the finished product in the stores. Because the core idea is new, strong attention to UI/UX detail and the ability to iterate quickly will be essential.
