Custom Loyalty Card App Development -- 2

I’m building a loyalty card application that must run natively on both iOS and Android. The core experience is straightforward: users create an account, collect points with every purchase, and exchange those points for rewards they can actually use. Timely push notifications should remind them when they are close to unlocking a benefit or when a special promotion goes live.
I already have the screen flows and wireframes sketched out; what I need from you is complete, production-ready code plus basic analytics hooks so I can see how people move through the app. Feel free to choose the most efficient cross-platform stack (React Native, Flutter, or similar) as long as performance remains near-native and the final build passes App Store and Play Store review.
