Cross Platform Utility App

I’m building a practical, no-frills utility app that must feel identical on iOS and Android. The project is green-field, so you’ll be responsible for architecture, clean code, and publishing-ready builds.

Core scope
• Platforms: the app has to ship on both iOS and Android from a single codebase.
• Nature: it’s a straightforward Utility app—nothing flashy, but it must be rock solid and fast.
• Must-have features:
– Offline functionality so key screens and actions work without a connection.
– Secure user authentication (email / social sign-in is fine, as long as it’s safe).
– Silent data synchronization that catches up automatically when the device reconnects.

I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or a well-maintained cross-platform toolkit of your choice, provided it keeps maintenance simple. Clear, commented code, unit tests for critical logic, and concise build instructions are non-negotiable.

When we’re done, I expect:
1. Source code in a private repo.
2. Test builds on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing.
3. A brief hand-over video or call so I can keep iterating after launch.
