Cross-Platform Tutorial Video App

I’m building a dedicated mobile app for my tutorial video lectures and need it released on both Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The core flow is simple: a user creates an account or signs in, browses my content through category search, curated playlists, or a “Recommended” feed, then streams the lesson. While watching they can post comments beneath each video; no ratings or other engagement features are required right now.

I already have the videos prepared and will host them on whichever backend or CDN you recommend for smooth playback. What I’m looking for from you is a clean, responsive front-end (Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin with a shared backend—open to your suggestion) plus the necessary server-side logic for secure login, video metadata storage, comment threads, and basic analytics. Push notifications for new uploads would be a nice bonus if it fits naturally into your stack.

Please outline:
• the framework you propose,
• how you’ll handle user authentication and video streaming,
• any third-party services you plan to integrate, and
• the timeline for delivering TestFlight/Play Console builds and final store submissions.
