Cross-Platform Tennis App in Flutter

I want to launch a single Flutter codebase that serves tennis players, coaches and tournament organisers on both iOS and Android. The app must pull together three pillars: training & coaching tools, full tournament management and a community space for networking.

For the first milestone I’m aiming at an MVP that lets users sign up (email, Google and Apple), create a profile, browse or upload coaching drills, set up a tournament bracket with live scoring and chat with other players. Clean architecture and responsive UI are non-negotiable; Provider or BLoC for state management and a realtime backend such as Firebase fit the bill, but I’m open if you have a stronger suggestion.

• Brief setup & deployment guide
• One post-handoff bug-fix round

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth performance on iOS 14+ and Android 8+
• All MVP screens fully navigable with data persisting in real time
• Code passes flutter analyze with no critical warnings
