Cross-Platform Study Quiz App

I’m ready to commission a lightweight study app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core of the project is a clean, engaging quiz module where students can answer multiple-choice or true/false questions, receive instant feedback, and view a final score. I’d like the interface to feel uncluttered and distraction-free—think quick loading, large touch targets, and readable typography.

For this first release I only need quiz functionality, but I do want the codebase structured so future upgrades—such as progress tracking or flashcards—can slot in without major refactoring. If you prefer Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, or another proven cross-platform stack, let me know; my priority is maintainability and native-feeling performance.

Please handle:
• End-to-end app flow (question bank → quiz session → results)
• Basic settings screen (sound on/off, question count)
• Offline data storage so quizzes work without a network connection
• Simple color palette and icon set that I can later re-skin

Deliverables:
1. Source code in a private Git repo
2. One TestFlight build and one signed Android APK/AAB ready for store submission
3. Brief setup document outlining environment, build steps, and where to edit the question bank

I’ll provide the initial set of quiz questions in CSV or JSON; you can recommend the easiest import format. Clean, readable code and timely communication are important to me, and I’m happy to answer any technical questions as you work.
