Cross-Platform Social Networking App Development

I’m looking for experienced app developers to create a cross-platform ride-hailing app similar to Rapido. The platform will consist of a User App, Driver App, and Admin Panel. It should offer real-time ride booking, GPS tracking, fare calculation, driver/user profiles, and payment options.
Key Requirements:
Cross-platform development (iOS & Android) using Flutter or React Native
Backend with real-time location tracking (Node.js/Firebase preferred)
User-friendly UI in English and Telugu
