Cross-Platform Social Media App

I need a full-featured social media application built natively—or with a robust cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native—for both iOS and Android. Core requirements are real-time push notifications, precise location tracking (foreground and background), and seamless offline access so users can browse cached content and queue posts without a connection.

I will provide wireframes and a basic style guide; you will turn them into production-ready code, connect to our existing REST/GraphQL back-end, and prepare TestFlight and Google Play builds.

• Source code with clear documentation and unit tests
• Implementation of push notifications, location tracking, and offline data sync
• A short hand-off session so my in-house team can take over maintenance
