Scope:
I need a cross-platform ride-sharing application (Android & iOS) with an admin panel. The app will allow users to share rides, track live locations, and manage trips.

Key Requirements:

Cross-platform mobile app (Flutter preferred).

User authentication (phone/email OTP).

Role-based login (Rider & Driver in the same app).

Core features:

Create / search rides (origin, destination, time, seats).

Ride request/accept flow.

Live location tracking on trip.

Notifications (ride accepted, trip updates).

Ratings & ride history.

Admin panel (web):

Manage users, drivers, rides.

Approve/reject driver profiles.

View trip history and analytics.

Backend with REST API or Firebase (open to suggestions).

Google Maps/Mapbox integration for routing & ETA.

Deliverables:

Fully functional mobile apps (Android & iOS).

Web-based admin panel.

Source code with documentation.

Basic deployment support.

Nice-to-have (not mandatory for MVP):

In-app payments (Stripe/Razorpay).

Push notifications via FCM.

Driver earnings dashboard.
