Cross-Platform Rental MVP Build with FlutterFlow
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to move fast on an MVP that lets people list and book mid-term rentals from any device. The app must ship simultaneously on Android, iOS, and the web, all built inside FlutterFlow so we keep a single codebase and can iterate quickly.
Note : I am already working on UI/UX with Figma.
Core workflow
• Users create secure accounts with classic email / password authentication.
• Hosts add and manage property or room listings, including photos, pricing, and availability.
• Renters search nearby options (powered by geolocation), review details, and place bookings in a streamlined calendar flow.
• A reliable payment gateway handles all transactions end-to-end and returns clear booking states so both parties can see pending, confirmed, or completed stays.
Deliverables
1. FlutterFlow project file with clean, component-driven UI.
2. Connected Firebase (or comparable) backend for auth, data storage, and real-time updates.
3. Payment and geolocation integrations wired, tested, and documented.
4. Lightweight admin view for basic user and listing oversight.
5. Build-ready exports and deployment instructions for the app stores and a web host.
Acceptance criteria
• A new user can sign up, verify email, create a profile, list a property, and publish it.
• Another user can find that listing via location search, request the dates, pay, and receive a booking confirmation.
• All primary screens function responsively across phone, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
• Source meets FlutterFlow best-practice structure so future devs can extend the project without rewrites.
If you’ve shipped production apps in FlutterFlow and can demonstrate payments plus geo-based search, let’s connect—I’d like to kick off immediately and have a clickable MVP in weeks, not months.
