Cross-Platform Real-Estate & Vehicle Ads App

I want to launch a cross-platform mobile application that showcases both real-estate and vehicle ads to a wide audience. The build has to run smoothly on iOS and Android, so please plan either a truly native set-up or a single codebase approach such as Flutter or React Native—whichever you can prove will keep future maintenance simple.

Core functionality is already defined: a fluid catalogue for property listings, a similar section for vehicle listings, and secure user profiles with authentication. Buyers / Renters and Sellers / Lessors each need a tailored dashboard so they can browse, post, edit, and manage their ads effortlessly, while an Admin role must oversee everything from the back-end, moderating content and handling reports.

I have an overall budget of 25 – 50 k INR, so I’ll need a milestone schedule that matches those limits without surprises.
