Cross-Platform Real Estate Marketplace App

I’m building a mobile marketplace that lets people buy and sell property directly from their phones, and I want it to feel as seamless as the best e-commerce apps. The product has to launch on both iOS and Android from day one, so a shared codebase (Flutter, React Native, or a similar approach) would be ideal, though I’m open to two native builds if you can justify the benefit.

Core functionality I need you to deliver:
• Search properties — fast, map-based, with filters for price, location, and key amenities.
• User profiles — separate buyer and seller views, saved searches, and basic KYC hooks.
• In-app messaging — real-time chat so users can negotiate without leaving the app, including push notifications.

On top of those essentials, the UI must be clean, modern, and easy for a first-time user to understand. I’ll supply basic wireframes and branding assets; you’ll turn them into production-ready screens, hook them to a secure backend, and publish to both app stores.

Please outline:
