Cross-Platform Productivity App Development

I need a clean, reliable productivity tool that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core idea is a digital logbook that lets every department file its end-of-day report and automatically compiles those entries into a single summary for upper management.

Here is what the finished app must do:
• Secure sign-in tied to the user’s department
• Simple daily form where staff record achievements, issues, and next-day goals
• Automatic 23:55 p.m. consolidation that generates a PDF/email summary for executives
• Cloud-based storage so past logs are searchable by date, team, or keyword
• Manager view with filters and export options

I am open to Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform—or any framework that delivers native performance and can pass App Store and Play Store review.
Turkish language is must!

Hand-off will include source code, build instructions, and a short video demo proving the daily report workflow end to end.
