Cross-Platform Order Management App

I need a complete order-management application that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The core idea is simple: give our field agents a clean way to create and track orders while I, as the sole admin, oversee everything from a central dashboard.

Key workflow
• Agents sign in with their own credentials, submit new orders, update status,
• I sign in through a separate admin portal inside the same app, manage products, approve or reject orders, and monitor performance through high-level analytics.

Essential features
• Order list with filters, search, and real-time status updates
• Product catalogue management (CRUD, stock levels, price changes)
• Push notifications to alert agents of status changes or new tasks
• Role-based access control baked into every screen—only one admin account, unlimited agents
• Analytics dashboard: sales trends, order volume, fulfilment speed (data visualised with charts)
• Secure storage of proper shop names and full address/contact details for every order

Deliverables
1. Production-ready iOS and Android builds published to TestFlight / internal track
2. Source code (Flutter, React Native, or native—your choice, as long as maintenance is straightforward)
3. Simple backend setup (Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express + Postgres) with documented API endpoints
4. One-page admin guide covering user creation, data export, and basic troubleshooting

Acceptance criteria
• Both roles can log in simultaneously without data leakage.
• Push notifications arrive under five seconds on average.
• Dashboard charts update within one minute of a new order.
• App passes App Store and Google Play review guidelines.
