I will provide the core concept and desired user journeys; you handle UI/UX design, front-end and back-end integration, QA, and deployment to the App Store and Google Play. Source code (with comments), compiled release builds, and hand-off documentation are expected at delivery so I can continue maintaining the product after launch.
