Cross-Platform Mobile App Build -- 2

I need a production-ready mobile application built for both iOS and Android, delivered within the next four weeks. You’re free to work in native Swift/Kotlin or a solid cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, as long as the finished product feels genuinely native and meets Apple App Store and Google Play standards.

All screens, assets, and feature details are prepared and will be shared after kickoff. The project will move fast, so I expect iterative TestFlight and Play Console builds, clear Git commits, and open communication on progress and roadblocks.

Deliverables
• Compiled iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab) builds ready for store submission
• Clean, well-commented source code in a Git repository
• A concise hand-off guide covering build steps, environment variables, and store-listing settings

Acceptance criteria
• Both apps pass App Store and Play review on the latest two OS versions
• UI matches provided designs accurately
• No critical crashes or performance bottlenecks under normal use
