Cross Platform Mobile App Build

I’m ready to turn a new mobile-app idea into fully released iOS and Android versions and need a developer who can guide the whole process—from architecture through App Store and Google Play submission.

At the moment I have only the concept and high-level objectives. No polished wireframes, no final feature set; I’m counting on your experience to help refine the roadmap and recommend the right tech stack (Swift / Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or another cross-platform solution if you can justify it). Core functions such as secure user accounts, real-time notifications, and optional in-app payments are on my tentative wish list, but the final spec will be shaped together once we’ve explored feasibility and best practices.

Key expectations
• Collaborative requirements and UX workshops so we nail down flows before coding
• End-to-end development with clean, well-documented code and version control in Git
• Iterative builds I can test on TestFlight and internal tracks for feedback
• App Store and Google Play compliance handled, including screenshots and metadata
• A short hand-off session so I understand deployment and basic maintenance
