Cross-Platform License Management App
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a mobile application that enables end-users to manage their licenses entirely from their phones. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android and focus on streamlined license management: users create an account, add one-or-many license records, view real-time status, and receive renewal reminders without having to leave the app.
Core scope
• Build two fully-functional, production-ready builds (iOS & Android) from a single codebase.
• Secure user authentication (email, social, or phone—open to best practice).
• CRUD workflow for licenses: add, edit, upload supporting images/PDFs, deactivate, and archive.
• In-app push and email notifications for upcoming expirations.
• Admin interface (web or embedded) to approve, suspend, or revoke licenses.
• RESTful API layer or Firebase-style backend—flexible on stack as long as it is scalable and well-documented.
• Basic analytics (total active licenses, renewal rate).
• Clean UI that respects each platform’s design guidelines.
Deliverables
1. Source code repository with clear commit history.
2. Two signed store-ready builds (.ipa & .aab).
3. API or backend documentation.
4. Installation / deployment guide and a short handover call.
Acceptance criteria
• Builds pass App Store & Google Play review.
• All listed features work on the latest two OS versions.
• No critical or major issues in QA round.
Preferred tools: Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin-Multiplatform. If you have another cross-platform stack that meets the same performance standards, feel free to suggest it.
Timeline is flexible within reason; quality, clean code and maintainable architecture take priority.
