Cross-Platform Flutter React App

I’m kicking off the build of a complex mobile application that must feel equally native on both Android and iOS. The shared codebase will be written in Flutter, yet several critical screens will call for Android-specific integrations and a lightweight React front end that ties into the same backend services. Because of this mix, I need someone who’s genuinely comfortable jumping between Dart, Android-native code (Java/Kotlin), and React components without losing momentum.

The scope is broad: advanced state management, custom animations, secure API consumption, and offline data handling are all on the roadmap. I already have design assets and the core backend endpoints; what’s missing is a developer who can translate everything into a polished, production-ready experience, handle App Store / Play Store setup, and leave behind clean, well-documented code.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning Flutter application compiled for Android and iOS
• Any required Android-native modules seamlessly bridged into Flutter
• React components packaged and wired to the same REST/GraphQL endpoints
• Unit and widget tests that cover critical paths
• Deployment walkthrough and final hand-off of source code
