Cross-Platform Flutter Chat Application

I am in need of a skilled developer to create a group chat application that can be used on both Android and iOS platforms. The primary feature that is required for the app is text messaging. All users must be authenticated using phone number OTP.
This project will require the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with Flutter and mobile app development
- Knowledge of implementing and customizing chat features
- Proficiency in creating secure authentication systems, specifically phone number OTP
- Past experience in developing cross-platform applications
Ideal candidates will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide regular updates on progress. The successful candidate will not only be able to deliver a working application but will also be able to troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during testing.
