I’m building a modern floor-plan drawing experience that runs seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. The core of the project is an intuitive canvas where users can sketch rooms, then refine them with measurement tools accurate to the centimeter. From there they should be able to drag-and-drop furniture, instantly switch to a real-time 3D view, and walk through the space as if they were inside it.

Feel free to lean on technologies such as Flutter, React Native, WebGL / Three.js, or any stack that lets us share as much code as possible across mobile and browser. The finished product needs to look and feel uniformly modern, load quickly, and handle complex floor plans without lag.

Deliverables
• A web app that runs in all major browsers
• Companion iOS and Android builds submitted to TestFlight / internal track
• Source code with clear documentation and build scripts
• Short video demo showcasing drag-and-drop, measurement, and 3D walkthrough working together

Acceptance criteria
1. Drawing accuracy verified against a set of test plans ±2 cm.
2. Furniture library loads in under two seconds on a mid-range phone.
3. 3D mode maintains 30 fps on devices from the last four years.
Project Overview:
Development of a full-stack AI-powered floor plan generator and configurator to be deployed on web and mobile platforms. The system will allow users to design, customise, visualise, and export residential building layouts.
