I need a fully-featured mobile commerce app that runs seamlessly on both iOS and Android. The core flow should cover browsing products, adding items to a cart, and checking out with secure credit / debit-card payments. You are free to use a cross-platform stack such as Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform as long as the final binaries meet the respective store guidelines.

Key deliverables
• Universal iOS + Android app, ready for App Store and Google Play submission along with source code
• Integrated card gateway (Stripe, Braintree, or another PCI-compliant option we agree on)
• Basic admin interface or API hooks so I can manage products, orders, and inventory
