Cross-Platform Digital ID Card App

I need a production-ready mobile application that lets schools or companies issue digital ID cards on both iOS and Android. At launch the app must ship with 50 professionally designed, ready-to-use templates so a user can pick a layout, upload a photo, add name and details, and instantly save or share the finished card.

Core workflow
• On first install the user enjoys a fully unlocked 3-day trial.
• From day four every action should trigger a paywall that offers Monthly and Yearly plans.
• Payment has to work with UPI as well as all major debit/credit cards; please select whichever gateway keeps transaction fees to a minimum and is available in India.

Essential features that must feel native on both platforms include:
– Live QR-code scanning to verify any card generated by the app
– Automatic barcode generation embedded into the card layout
– Smooth image capture or gallery photo upload with basic cropping

Acceptance criteria
1. A single codebase (Flutter, React Native or similar) building cleanly for iOS App Store and Google Play.
2. 50 template files delivered in an editable format plus pre-loaded in the app.
3. Subscription logic tested end-to-end in sandbox and live modes.
4. Source code, build instructions and any design assets handed over on completion.
