Cross Platform Construction Client App
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I run UrbanBuild Homes and I’m ready to commission a straightforward mobile application built with Flutter or React Native that our clients can use on both iOS and Android. The goal is to give each homeowner a clear, real-time window into their project while keeping administration simple for our office team.
Core functions we need:
• Secure email-and-password login
• Personal dashboard for each client
• Categorised photo / video progress updates (e.g., foundations, framing, interiors)
• Upload, view and store drawings or other PDFs
• Visual project timeline with percentage complete
• Itemised payment schedule plus downloadable receipts
• In-app booking for site visits
• Push notifications for new uploads, milestones or appointment reminders
• Quick-contact channel to the assigned project manager
• Web-based admin panel to add or edit projects, clients, documents and updates
Tech environment:
Flutter or React Native front-end, Laravel or Node.js for the back-end, Firebase for push and auth management, MySQL (or Firebase storage where logical) accessed through clean REST APIs.
