Cross-Platform Business Ranking App Development

We are looking for an experienced team or individual to develop a cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) with a web-based admin panel.

The app will focus on listing and ranking businesses/services with scoring, categories, and featured listings. Core functionality includes:
• User registration & profiles
• Business listings with details, categories, and search/filter
• Ranking system with scores
• “Top 10” lists
• Featured/sponsored placements
• User reviews (ratings + text)
• Admin dashboard for content and user management

Deliverables:
• Mobile app (iOS + Android)
• Admin dashboard (web)
• Documentation and code handover
• Post-launch bug fixing/support period

Requirements:
• Strong experience in Flutter or React Native
• Backend/API development (Node.js, Firebase, or equivalent)
• UI/UX design for lifestyle or listing/review apps preferred
