Cross-Platform E-Bike Rental App

I need a complete bicycle e-rental application delivered for both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The core flow is straightforward: a rider registers, locates an available bike on a real-time map, unlocks it, rides, pays in-app, and the trip data shows up instantly on an admin dashboard.
Key modules I expect at launch:
• User registration & secure login (email, social, or phone)
• Live bike-availability map with geolocation and QR/number scan to unlock
• Integrated payments (wallet, card, Apple Pay / Google Pay) plus basic trip invoicing
• In-app trip history and support chat for riders
• Admin web/mobile interface to view fleet status, rider metrics, and manually lock / release bikes
The user-facing app and the separate admin interface should share the same backend so inventory, billing, and analytics stay perfectly in sync.
Please base the build on a proven cross-platform stack (for example Flutter or React Native paired with Firebase, AWS Amplify, or an equivalent cloud backend) to keep maintenance lean. Clean, well-commented code, API documentation, and a short video demo will be part of the final hand-off.
