Cross-Platform App with Authentication

This project delivers a brand-new mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The initial scope is intentionally narrow so we can get a rock-solid foundation in place: secure user authentication. Users need to create an account, log in, reset passwords, and (ideally) sign in with Apple or Google. Everything else—push notifications, in-app purchases, extra screens—will sit behind this first gate and can be added later once the auth flow is bulletproof.

Key expectations
• One shared codebase (Flutter, React Native, or any approach that achieves native-level performance).
• Clean, maintainable code in Git, ready for hand-off and future features.
• Compliance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material 3, using the Figma designs I’ll supply.
• Delivery of TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing builds plus a concise README so my in-house team can run the project locally.

When the authentication flow is fully functional, tested, and live in the test stores, the milestone is complete.
