Cred. The Social Rewards App for Renters

I'm looking for a talented developer(s) to help create an innovative rewards app, Cred - The Social Rewards App for Renters. The main goal of the app is to reward renters with points for timely rent payments.

Technologies:
- NextJS/React (frontend)
- Flutter (mobile app)
- Firebase (backend)

General Requirements:
- Good communication (weekly updates)
- Will act as an advisor and consultant, taking initiative in the implementation of the app and fill any unknowns

Requirements (Mobile App Developer):
- At least 3 years experience in Flutterflow and Flutter
- Experience with rewards apps (accrual of points and redeeming points via gift cards, vouchers, discounts)
- Understands good industry practices for backend design schema
- Implement in-app user activity tracking - clicks, interactions, behaviours, etc. and merge with business dashboards (see below)
- Experience with Firebase

System Requirements:
- Admin dashboard to handle renters.
- Dynamic rewards system model to handle any type of rewards - surveys, challenges, birthdays, giveaways, vouchers, discounts, promotions, etc.

Figma designs, colours, branding will be provided. Mobile app will consist of approximately 20 pages. Features include:

- Signup/Login via Email/Password or OAuth
- New User Onboarding pages
- Home Page dashboard
- Rent Page with upload section and view rent history
- Rewards page to earn extra points via challenges
- Shop page to shop at partner brands, or redeem cash for gift vouchers
- Wallet page (shows points balance, redeemed gift vouchers, etc.)

Admin Dashboard will be basic in design and simple CRUD capabilities.
