Creating DataBase API for APP on Firebase or Web hosting

Hi
I am having an APP is already uploaded to Google Play Store and Apple Store from previous developer
Since I changed my Webhosting, it doesn’t work, the problem is the storage of Data some using for them
App Firebase, and my APP was using my webpage hosting for Data Storage on cPanel Database.
In order make it work it should be a new Folder created on my cPanel / or Firebase to make it work
again , I don’t know your knowledge about creating Folder Database for the APP on my cPanel which
I prefer but it can be also Firebase. Please let me know if you are able to do it,
The APP is developed in Flutter.
